The amended scope and budget for Task 400 includes
additional funds to cover the work necessary to develop a full AACEI Class 1 construction cost
estimate intended under the original contract. This cost estimate work includes additional effort for
estimating the Portal 4 electrical service cable replacement. BC will develop the cost estimate at the
final (90%) design phase (see Task 500 Detailed Design).
Everett Responsibilities
• Review and provide comment on draft design documents.
• Provide Division 0 and 1 specifications to be included in the design documents.
Task Assumptions
• Project will be delivered using traditional design, bid, build.
• Design drawings will be prepared in 2D AutoCAD using existing CAD files as backgrounds and
follow City of Everett CAD standards.
• Technical specifications will be prepared in Division 50 CSI master format.
• Target delivery of intermediate design (60%) by Scptcmbcr 2021 February 2022 after
completion of the survey and geotechnical field work. Total task duration will be approximately 4
months.
