DocuSign Envelope ID:D137EDD8-37EA-4DA6-8627-255EDC0B496B State of Washington Department of Ecology Page 9 of 24 Agreement No: OTGP-2022-EverPW-00093 Project Title: Everett Smelter Plume(ESP)Cleanup Site Drainage Project Recipient Name: City of Everett SCOPE OF WORK Task Number: 2 Task Cost: $40,000.00 Task Title: Construction Management—J006 Task Description: •RECIPIENT will provide construction oversight and management of the project (Task 3 below). •RECIPIENT will submit a detailed construction quality assurance plan to Ecology for review and acceptance before the start of construction. •RECIPIENT will conduct a pre-construction conference meeting and invite Ecology to attend. •RECIPIENT will submit an updated project schedule to Ecology within 30 days of the start of construction. •RECIPIENT will revise and/or update the project schedule whenever major changes occur, and at a minimum every three(3) months. •RECIPIENT will submit the updated schedule to Ecology with the quarterly report. Task Goal Statement: RECIPIENT will oversee and manage construction,communicate with Ecology in a timely fashion, and provide Ecology with all requested project documentation. Task Expected Outcome: Project will be constructed on schedule and in accordance with accepted plans.
