Wall type E102M/A630 is shown as a two-hour wall, however it references a one-hour
listed assembly in GA File No. WP 3661 and should be revised.
4. Floor/ceiling assembly HE1U/A640 separates living space from unconditioned space. An
STC of 50 is required per Section 1207. In order to achieve a minimum STC of 50, ICC
ESR 1153 Assembly B requires resilient channels (option 1 per Table 6).
5. Roof/ceiling assembly RE1h/A640 requires proprietary Type C GWB per its listing (GA File
No. RC 2603) — for installation and inspection purposes, this should be shown on the
assembly detail (even if it is in the spec's).
6. The unit demising walls (and corridor walls adjacent to units) on Sheet A630 should be
shown to provide a minimum STC of 50. Section 1207
7.
