City of Everett 01 1100 - 2 <br /> 2022 Biosolids Removal and Disposal UT 3752-30 , <br /> 5. Dredge and dewater (with Contractor supplied dredge and dewatering <br /> equipment) of 2,000 dry tons of biosolids. <br /> 6. Managing dewatered biosolids on site. <br /> 7. Load, weigh, and transport all dewatered biosolids to the designated area <br /> on City's Biosolids Pad. <br /> 8. Load, weigh, and transport dewatered biosolids to a certified solid waste <br /> disposal facility. <br /> 9. WPCF Biosolids Pad site cleanup and restoration. <br /> 10. Demobilization <br /> C. Work under the Contract shall also include: I <br /> 1. Sampling in a representative manner, storing samples according to <br /> sampling protocols, and submitting samples for analysis as required by <br /> Owner. <br /> 1.3 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Prior to mobilization, the following submittals shall be submitted to the City for , <br /> review and approval: <br /> 1. Proposed dewatering agents and the estimated quantity. 1 <br /> 2. Contractor's Spill Prevention Plan (See example in Appendix C). <br /> 3. Health and Safety Plan (See Section 01 3529 section 1.5). <br /> 1.4 BUILDING ACCESS AND SECURITY ' <br /> A. Contractor access to the work site will be restricted as follows: <br /> 1. Entry & Exit: The Contractor will be given access into facility by City's <br /> representative. Contractor is expected to maintain site security and lock <br /> gates outside of established working hours. See Section 01 3553. 1 <br /> B. Due to COVID Pandemic conditions contractors will not be allowed into any City <br /> building. , <br /> 1.5 WORKING HOURS <br /> A.
