Project Overview a. Work Area Dredging - south end of Oxidation Pond, west of Biosolids Pad Ii. ii. Solids handling - Biosolids Pad iii. Water The Biosolids Pad has potable (2) water available. I1. Contractor is responsible for determining if this water source is adequate for their operational needs. Any additional water use shall be the responsibility of the contractor. I2. The City has non-potable (3) water at the WPCF site for wash down and site cleaning. I iv. Power 1. City has provided 1200-amp 3-phase power to the Biosolids Pad. Electrical power is available via three 300 amp and one I 150 amp terminals. Quick disconnects and ground fault protection are not provided. Any additional electrical power needs shall be the responsibility of Contractor. I 2. Contractor is responsible for providing licensed and qualified personnel to connect to power as well as all necessary equipment. I 3. All lighting must be provided by the Contractor as necessary. v. Contractor must provide temporary restroom facilities b. Access I i. Access site through Biosolids gate ii. Daily sign in at WPCF Main building iii. Contractor to secure gate at end of day I iv. Contractors will be sharing the use of pad and the scale v. Work site available between 6:00 — 10:30 seven days a week 1. Noise Ordinance - 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays, 8:00 IAM to 6:00 PM on weekends and state holidays I
