Property lines and existing <br />easements will be incorporated per King County GIS information. <br />Assumptions: <br />• Measure -downs on sanitary and storm sewer structures in not included <br />Deliverables: <br />• AutoCAD CiviI3D v2018 basemap for use by City for design <br />4. 10% Design <br />The CONSULTANT will prepare a 10% design exhibit/ sketch for discussion with the City. <br />The consultant will discuss material lead-time, supply chain risks, and unit prices. <br />Deliverables: <br />• 10% Exhibit/Sketch <br />• 10% Engineer's Estimates <br />5. 60% Design <br />The CONSULTANT will perform street lighting analysis using AGi32 for both <br />intersections. The proposed street lighting performance will be evaluated based on targe <br />illuminance values provided by the City. No new streetlight pole is expected other than <br />the luminaire upgrade on the new Type III signal poles and existing signal poles with <br />streetlights. <br />The CONSULTANT will prepare 60% complete design plans in AutoCAD format following <br />City of Everett's standard plan preparation formats. <br />The CONSULTANT will prepare plans for the following: <br />• At 41 st St and Colby Ave <br />o Replace three concrete mast arm poles at the NE, SE, and SW corner <br />with type 3 mast arm poles. <br />o Install video detections. <br />City of Everett 5 DKS <br />
