Section 01 22 20 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT Measurement of Concrete Block Retaining Wall shall be based on lineal foot of wall constructed. ' The unit Contract Price per linear foot (LF)for"Concrete Block Retaining Wall" shall constitute full compensation for all Work, labor, materials, tools, ' and equipment necessary to construct the wall in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The unit price for this bid item includes all costs for excavation and haul for ' wall construction, placing and compacting base and wall backfill aggregate material, furnishing, placing, and compacting 3-inch washed gravel and weed block fabric, furnishing and placing PVC perforated and solid wall drain pipe, and coring SDMH and connecting PVC drain to manhole, including filling annular space with non-shrink grout (full depth) or installing a mechanical seal. The PVC perforated and solid-walled drain pipe shown in the concrete block retaining wall details is incidental to this bid item and is not included in Bid Items 17 and 18. Payment for furnishing CSTC will be made under the bid item "Crushed Surfacing Top or Base Course." Bid Item 30. Electrical Building Structure Measure and Payment: Lump Sum The lump sum (LS) bid price for"Electrical Building Structure" shall constitute ' full compensation for all work, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct the electrical building structure complete as shown on the Plans and specified in the Project Specifications. The bid price shall include but not be limited to: r • Excavation of all materials of whatever nature encountered • Excavation and grading to reshape and finish grade where shown on the plans and as required by field conditions • Placing and compacting base material under the building • Hauling and properly disposing of any excess material, including securing approved disposal site • Placing, and mechanical compaction of import CSBC material under slab. • Maintenance and restoration of construction area and of other utilities affected by construction t • Grading and preparation of slab on grade, foundation wall and footing materials, formwork and reinforcement • Installation of plumbing, water, drainage and process mechanical piping and appurtenances that involve slab penetrations or are to be buried beneath and within the confines of the building foundation • Delivery, placing, finishing and quality control of concrete materials and any other items necessary to complete the Work in conformance with the Contract Documents • Furnishing and installing a complete CMU wall system, including grouting, insulation, and reinforcement • Furnishing and installing a complete metal roof system, including structural support members to mount roof to the walls and translate ' structural loads to the foundation and perimeter gutter system City of Everett 01 22 20-17 January 2022 Evergreen Pump Station Modifications UP3747-3
