The System Integrator shall develop and <br /> shall submit to the Engineer the following project data: <br /> B. Provide one PDF document with two sections; one section with all product data <br /> and a second section with all shop drawings. ' <br /> 1. All products shall be included in a single PDF document including the <br /> cover sheet and index and bill of materials (BOM). <br /> a. Index the PDF document to show each individual product in the <br /> bookmarks of the PDF. <br /> b. BOM bill of materials showing each product being submitted. I <br /> c. PDF index tabs per the electrical specifications by section and <br /> paragraph or equipment name e.g. provide a minimum of one tab <br /> section for each piece of equipment in all of the PART 2 <br /> PRODUCT. <br /> d. Cut sheets for all products with a BOM - Bill of materials showing <br /> quantity, Manufacturer, catalog number, and the supplier name <br /> and phone number and relevant spec. paragraph number. <br /> Number each item in the bill of materials and relate the bill of <br /> materials to the submitted product index. <br /> e. Provide a listing of all spare parts to be provided. <br /> 2. Shop drawings shall be included in a single PDF document including the <br /> cover sheet and index in one single document. <br /> a. A detailed project schedule relating specifically to l&C - showing <br /> submittals, review time, long lead equipment, panel fabrication, <br /> expected site delivery date- startup, etc. Highlight any anticipated <br /> critical path tasks. Provide a copy with the submittal and e-mail in <br /> PDF. <br /> b.
