1 Section 01 22 20 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT • all other survey needed or required The lump sum also includes, but is not limited to, all costs associated with furnishing all labor, tools, survey instruments, materials, and other equipment necessary for obtaining the "as constructed" location and elevations of the Work, in particular, pipe invert elevations and other information necessary for ' production of the Record Drawing (As-Constructed) documents meeting the requirements defined in Section 01 78 39.13. Costs for providing a professional surveyor licensed in Washington State to ' perform the Work and stamp and sign survey documents are included in this bid item. ' Bid Item 3. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Control This lump sum (LS) Contract Price for"Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Control" includes the maintenance and protection of traffic control materials, tools, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work including but not limited to, signs, barricades, cones, flashers, reader boards, and temporary pavement markings. Bid Item 4. SPCC Plan The lump sum (LS) Contract Price for"SPCC Plan" includes all costs ' associated with creating and updating the accepted SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures) Plan, and all costs associated with the setup of prevention measures and for implementing the Plan as specified in WSDOT Standard Specifications Section 1-07.15(1). tBid Item 5. Construction Stormwater General Permit and SWPPP The lump sum (LS) Contract Price for"Construction Stormwater General Permit and SWPPP" includes all costs associated with securing, maintaining, and terminating coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology (DOE) Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP), including developing and updating the Construction Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), per COE, County, and DOE requirements. This lump sum price also includes providing a Certified Erosion and Sediment , Control Lead (CESCL) and developing and submitting required records, reports, forms and correspondence to the Engineer and to the DOE. Bid Item 6. Type B Progress Schedule The lump sum (LS) Contract Price Bid for"Type B Progress Schedule" shall be full compensation for compliance with the requirements identified in Section 1-08.3(2)B of the WSDOT Standard Specifications. This lump sum price also includes maintaining and updating the schedule as construction dictates. All revised schedules shall be submitted to the Engineer. Bid Item 7. Trench Excavation Safety Systems The lump sum (LS) Contract Price for"Trench Excavation Safety Systems" includes the costs of all the Work, labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals, required to select, construct, maintain, and remove trench safety systems for any and all excavations for which a safe environment is required, ' in compliance with Washington Industrial Safety and Health ACT (RCW City of Everett 01 22 20-7 January 2022 Evergreen Pump Station Modifications UP3747-3
