1 <br /> Section 01 22 20 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> ' The unit Contract Price per ton (TN)for"HMA CL. %" PD 64-22"shall include <br /> all Work, labor, materials, equipment and related work necessary to furnish <br /> ' and install filter fabric prior to paving, and furnish, hand- and machine-place, <br /> compact, roll and perform density tests on HMA—CL 1/2" PG 64-22 <br /> pavement as shown on the Plans. <br /> Miscellaneous HMA used for trench patch, pavement repair, thickened <br /> edges, extruded and wedge curbing, placing and compacting pre-leveling, <br /> leveling and wearing courses, feathering pavement is included in this bid item <br /> ' with no direct compensation made. <br /> Furnishing and applying tack coat, prime coat,joint seal and crack sealing <br /> asphalt is to be included in this bid item with no direct compensation made. <br /> All costs for"Anti Stripping Additive" and "Compaction Adjustment" shall be <br /> included in the unit contract price per ton of the HMA with no direct <br /> compensation made. <br /> Bid Item 17. PVC Pipe SDR 35 Solid Wall, 6-Inch Diam. <br /> Per linear foot measurement shall be based on the slope distance from point <br /> ' to point. The point of beginning or ending of measurement in any particular <br /> run of pipe shall be the vertical intersection of the centerline of the pipe <br /> measured with the centerline of the intersection pipe, or with the beginning or <br /> ' ending of any new linear length of valves or couplings contained within the <br /> measured length. At changes in pipe size connected by a reducer, the point <br /> of measurement shall be taken as the midpoint of the reducer. <br /> The unit Contract Price per linear foot (LF)for"PVC Pipe SDR 35 Solid Wall, <br /> 6-Inch Diam", shall constitute full compensation for all Work, labor, materials, <br /> tools, and equipment necessary to furnish and install the pipe as shown on <br /> the Plans or as required by the Specifications, and all fittings required for <br /> complete installation of the pipe as shown on the Plans and specified herein, <br /> and additionally, shall include, but not be limited to, the following: <br /> ' 1. This shall include, but not be limited to, removal and disposal of the <br /> existing asphalt concrete pavement, sidewalk, curb, thrust blocks, <br /> miscellaneous landscaping, and sod as indicated on the Plans. <br /> 2. All required potholing to verify locations of other utilities in or near the <br /> trench lines. <br /> 3. Trench excavation, installation of pipe, including roof drain pipes, <br /> furnishing, placing and compacting pipe bedding, furnishing, placing <br /> and compacting suitable native material and import backfill materials <br /> for trench backfill as shown on the Plans. No extra payment shall be <br /> made for removing, loading, hauling, and disposing of displaced and <br /> unsuitable material. <br /> 4.
