Exact team members will be <br /> determined through early coordination with the Client,Snohomish County,and WSDOT. It is anticipated that staff <br /> from the following agencies/jurisdictions will be included on the Support Team. City of Everett,Snohomish <br /> County, WSDOT NW Region and HQ staff, FHWA, Lake Stevens, Marysville,Sound Transit, Port of Everett, and <br /> Community Transit. The Consultant shall prepare meeting agendas, develop materials for the meetings,facilitate <br /> the meetings,and take notes to document recommendations and/or decisions. Specific Consultant discipline <br /> experts will attend meetings as necessary to provide additional information about the project progress and <br /> findings. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Up to eight support team meetings will be held <br /> • Support Team meetings will be held at a location yet to be determined in the City of Everett. Meeting <br /> duration is assumed to be two (2) hours <br /> • Up to four Consultant staff will participate in each meeting <br /> • Up to five pre-briefings will occur before each support team meeting and will include up to two <br /> Consultants.
