SCOPE OF WORK (continued) Assumptions • All plans for in-person outreach are subject to change or evolve based on the current public health and safety guidelines surrounding COV1D-19,as established by the CDC,Washington State Department of Health, Snohomish County,and the City of Everett,to promote the safety,health and well-being of community members and local residents, as well as City and Consultant staff for the project. • In person open houses will take place in the City of Everett. • Interpretation services will be provided for the in person open house,as requested by attendees.Assume two interpreters for each in person open house. • Online open houses will be hosted by Consultant online open house platform (participate.online).The online open house will be available to the public for three weeks,and will include opportunities for the public to provide comments on the project. • Creating the online open house includes site outline and organization,content development and review, creating or refining graphic elements, and creating an html site. • Each online open house will be translated into up to four languages. • One mailer will be developed for each open house and translated into four languages. Mailing area is assumed to include up to 12,000 addresses. • One flier will be developed for each open house and translated into four languages.This flier will be distributed to 40 area businesses and organizations to advertise the open houses. • Graphic design support will be needed to modify existing graphics into a format appropriate for the in- person and online open houses. All comments received by the public will be tracked and provided to the project team,to help inform the development of the plan.
