SCOPE OF WORK(continued) <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Targeted briefing materials(i.e. agenda, presentation/graphics,summary as-needed), up to 36 <br /> TASK 03— EXISTING AND BASELINE CONDITIONS <br /> Subtask 03-01 —Data Collection <br /> Approach <br /> Much of the data needed for this project is included in the documentation from previous projects conducted by <br /> WSDOT,Snohomish County,and the City of Everett. The first effort for the team will be to review previous study <br /> data to determine if there are any gaps and identify necessary data collection efforts. The Consultant has copies <br /> of several reports and data files from the previous projects. The Consultant will confirm with the project owners <br /> that data from those previous studies can be used for this project.The Consultant will finalize a list of new data to <br /> request and submit to the Client. The following provides examples of data that will be requested. <br /> Reports and data files for the following projects will be requested for review and consideration: <br /> • US 2 West Trestle PEL Study <br /> • US 2 West Trestle Funding and Finance Study <br /> • I-S-NB Marine View Drive to SR 529 Corridor and Interchange(I/C) Improvements <br /> • SR 526 Corridor Improvements <br /> • City of Everett 10th Street Project <br /> Additional information that will be requested and reviewed includes the following: <br /> • I-5/US 2 Interchange as-built plans that will help the team understand vertical, horizontal,and structural <br /> elements <br /> • 1-5/41st Street Interchange as-built plans <br /> • As-built plans for Maple,Walnut, Everett Ave,Hewitt <br /> • City of Everett utilities maps and as-built plans within the project area (water,sewer,storm) <br /> • City of Everett and WSDOT signal timing plans <br /> • WSDOT utility plans within the project area <br /> • Port of Everett freight plans(freight routes,forecast freight volumes) <br /> • City of Everett and Snohomish County land use plans(year 2050) <br /> • City of Everett and Snohomish County GIS data <br /> • Roadway characteristics (number of lanes by direction,traffic speeds,traffic medians,right turn lanes, <br /> separation from traffic/buffers/shoulders, parking lanes and widths,functional classification,ADT); <br /> intersection characteristics(traffic volumes,signal timing,pedestrian signal heads,corner radius, ped <br /> islands); pedestrian and bicycle facilities(sidewalk dimensions, curb ramps, gaps, bicycle routes, bicycle <br /> facility dimensions). <br /> • Most recent 5-year(prior to Washington State stay home stay safe order)crash data for the study limits <br /> • PSRC Year 2050 population and employment data for the project area model. <br /> • Project area basemapping from Marine View Drive,SR 526, and downtown Everett projects <br /> • Intersection (including pedestrian and bike),arterial,and freeway mainline and ramp volumes collected <br /> within the past 5 years <br /> 5541844828 <br /> City of Everett July 2021 <br /> US 2/1-5 Interchange Planning Study 10 <br />
