SCOPE OF WORK(continued) <br /> The Consultant will provide a draft set of prioritized phases that includes description of phase, benefits, issues, <br /> planning level cost range,effect on other projects,and possible funding sources. One review/comment/revision <br /> period will be completed with the Client prior to sharing the implementation plan with the Support Team. <br /> The Consultant will collect Support Team comments and suggestions and will provide draft responses for Client <br /> approval. Upon approval or edit of the comment responses,the Consultant will finalize the Implementation Plan. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Up to ten phased projects will be developed for the preferred alternative. <br /> • Support Team comments will be discussed with the Client at a one-hour meeting that will include up to <br /> three Consultant members. <br /> • The Implementation Plan will include a set of one to two pages that describe each individual phase. This <br /> will not be a standalone report or technical memorandum. <br /> • The Implementation Plan will be included in the overall report appendix, <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Draft Implementation Plan <br /> • Final Implementation Plan <br /> TASK 7— DOCUMENTATION <br /> Approach <br /> The Consultant will prepare a final report that summarizes the findings of the study in a format that will be <br /> forward-compatible with ARR and PEL documentation to be completed by WSDOT.The technical memoranda and <br /> other deliverables identified in previous tasks in this scope of work will be included as appendices to support the <br /> final report.Components of the report will be based on FHWA's PEL Questionnaire and the WSDOT Highway <br /> Design Manual Access Revision Report requirements(Chapter 550.06(2)),and will include: <br /> • Study Background <br /> • Study Methodology <br /> • Agency Coordination <br /> • Public Coordination <br /> • Project Purpose and Need <br /> • Planning Assumptions and Analytical Methods <br /> • Range of Alternatives and Alternatives Evaluation <br /> • Environmental Resources Reviewed <br /> • Mitigation Strategies <br /> • Other Issues <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Each section of the report will consist of a summary of analyses done under other tasks.
