ESTABLISHMENT OF MAPPED ZONES: <br /> For the purposes of this Ordinance, the City of Everett is hereby divided <br /> into ten categories of zones designated as follows: <br /> Single-fatly Low Density Residence Zone R-1 <br /> Single-family High Density Residence Zone R-2 <br /> Aultiplo-family Low Density Residence Zone R-3 <br /> Multiple-family High Density Residence Zone R-4 <br /> Neighborhood Shopping Zone B-1 <br /> Coinunity Shopping Zone B-2 <br /> Central Business Zone B-3 <br /> General Commercial Zone C-1 <br /> Heavy Co. ercial-Light :ianufacturing Zone C-2 <br /> Heavy lIanufacturing Zono 11-1 <br /> The above categories of zones and the boundaries of such zones are hereby <br /> established as shown on the nap entitled "Everett Zoning iiap." Said nap or parts <br /> thereof, aro hereby made a part of this Ordinance. The zoning :map and each amend- <br /> ment thereto, when duly certified, shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk <br /> ?There uncertainty exists as to any of said boundaries, as shown on said nap, <br /> the following rules shall apply: <br /> (1) Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following the center- <br /> lines of roads, streets, highways, alloys, railroads, or streams, such <br /> centerlines shall be construed to be such boundaries. <br /> (2) ??'here such boundaries are indicated as approximately following lot or <br /> tract lines, such lot or tract lines shall be construed to be such <br /> boundaries. <br /> (3) Unnappod shorolands shall be considered to be within the sane land use zone <br /> as the adjacent land, as shown on the Zoning Map. <br /> (4) In unsubdividod land and whore a zone boundary divides a lot or tract, <br /> the location of such boundary, unless the sane is indicated by dimensions <br /> shown on the nap, shall be determined by the use of the scale appearing <br /> thereon. <br />
