Section 9, Whenever inspection by the Health Officer of any trailer camp indicates <br /> that unsanitary conditions exist therein, or that any other provision of this ordinance <br /> or any other applicable law is being violated, the Health Officer shall notify the per- <br /> son in charge thereof in writing of such fact and shall set forth in said notice a des- <br /> cription of the unsanitary condition or other violation of this ordinance or other <br /> applicable law, and shall further direct that said unsanitary condition or other vio- <br /> lation be remedied by commencing to remedy same within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt <br /> of notice and to continue thereafter diligently and continuously until said unsanitary <br /> condition has been abated„ <br /> If after said notice said condition is not remedied, or if it appears that any <br /> other violation of law exists, it shall be the duty of the Health Officer and the Health <br /> Officer may, in addition to other penalties provided by this ordinance, suspend or <br /> recommend that said permit be revoked, as herein provided. <br /> No permit shall be revoked until after a hearing before the City Council of the <br /> City of Everett relating to such revocation, but the Health Officer may order such per- <br /> mit suspended pending such hearing. Notice of such hearing shall be given in writing and <br /> served at least five (5) days prior to the date of the hearing thereon, such service to <br /> be upon the holder of such permit or his manager or agent, which notice shall state the <br /> grounds of complaint against the holder of such permit or against the trailer camp main- <br /> tained by him, and shall also state the time when and the place where such hearing will <br /> be had. In the event the holder of such permit cannot be found or service of such <br /> notice cannot be made upon him in the manner herein provided, then a copy of such notice <br /> shall be mailed, postage fully prepaid, addressed to such holder, at least five (5) days <br /> prior to the date of such hearing. <br /> Section 10. Any permit issued hereunder shall be transferrable upon a written <br /> application of the holder of the same to the Health Department and compliance by the <br /> transferee thereof with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 11. It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, conduct or carry <br /> on any trailer camp within the City of Everett unless there shall be at all times posted <br /> in a conspicuous place therein the permit obtained from the Health Department. <br /> Section 12. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct, carry on or <br /> maintain any trailer camp within the City which does not have adequate toilet facilities <br /> (3) <br />
