for men, separate and apart from adequate toilet facilities for women, equipped with <br /> water flush type toilets; adequate shower facilities for men, separate and apart from <br /> adequate shower facilities for women; adequate tight metal receptacles for garbage and <br /> rubbish, and an adequate and sufficient supply of pure water for drinking purposes by <br /> use of sanitary drinking fountains, and an adequate supply of pure water for domestic <br /> purposes, which said water shall be obtained from faucets only, conveniently located in <br /> said trailer camp, and no dipping vessels or common cups shall be permitted. <br /> Adequate toilet facilities shall be defined as one (1) water closet for each sex <br /> for every seven (7) trailer units, or fractional part thereof in excess of seven (7) <br /> trailer units, not having self-contained toilet facilities within, in said trailer camp, <br /> which toilet facilities shall not be more than one hundred (100) feet away from any <br /> trailer intended to use the same„ <br /> (b) No permit shall be issued hereunder to carry on a trailer camp unless appli- <br /> cant complies with all of the sanitation, electrical, sewer, health, plumbing, fire and <br /> building codes and ordinances of the City of Everett relating to the same. <br /> (c) Every toilet, shower, slop sink and every other container used for the purpose <br /> of discharging or drainage of waste water shall be connected with the City sewer system. <br /> (d) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate and maintain a trailer in the <br /> City of Everett which does not have reasonable, immediate accessibility and use of <br /> adequate toilet facilities, adequate receptacles for garbage and rubbish, and an ade- <br /> quate supply of pure water for drinking and domestic purposes. <br /> (e) It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any garbage or other improper <br /> substance, or any drainage or wash water upon the premises of any trailer camp, except <br /> in the proper receptacles provided therefor. <br /> (f) There shall be provided in every trailer camp adequate slop sinks, properly <br /> connected with a sewer, the same to be conveniently located. <br /> (g) Every trailer camp operator shall provide immediate sewer drainage connections <br /> for each trailer, and it shall be unlawful for any person to permit the flow from said <br /> trailer of any •Neste water except in or through the sewer connection as above provided. <br /> Section 13. Every trailer camp shall provide available unoccupied space of not <br /> less than eight hundred (800) square feet, together with a three (3) foot side yard for <br /> each trailer, and shall be arranged in rows abutting on a driveway or clear unoccupied <br /> space of not less than sixteen (16) feet in width which space shall have unobstructed <br /> (4) <br />
