7. Deliverables prepared by CONSULTANT shall be provided to the CITY— one (1) electronic <br /> version and one (1) paper copy. <br /> 1.1 Management and Administration of the ROW process <br /> CONSULTANT will provide management, administration, coordination, direction and guidance <br /> for the following RES tasks: <br /> CONSULTANT Responsibilities <br /> 1. Prepare for and attend one (1) ROW kick off meeting and up to eight (8) bi-monthly project <br /> update meetings with the CITY. <br /> 2. Prepare and provide a landowner contact list, preliminary ROW Cost Estimate and a ROW <br /> schedule. <br /> 3. Prepare and provide bi-monthly ROW project status reports to include acquisition milestones <br /> upon commencement of the appraisal process. <br /> 4. Manage CONSULTANT staff to provide the most expeditious schedule for the delivery of the <br /> ROW portion of the project. <br /> 5. There are no subconsultants anticipated and any need for subconsultants will be considered <br /> an additional level of effort and will be renegotiated and the fee adjusted accordingly, <br /> resulting in additional costs to the CITY. <br /> 6. Provide Quality Assurance/Quality Check (QA/QC) services. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> 1. Attend one (1) ROW kick-off meeting and up to eight (8) bi-monthly project update meetings. <br /> 2. Review and approve preliminary landowner contact list, ROW cost estimate and ROW <br /> schedule. <br /> 3. Review bi-monthly status reports and provide comments as needed. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1. Up to two (2) CONSULTANT RES staff will attend the ROW kickoff meeting. Staff <br /> commitment is estimated at two (2) hours per staff and per meeting for preparation, <br /> participation in the meeting, and providing the HDR internal team with meeting notes. <br /> 2. Up to one (1) CONSULTANT RES staff will attend up to eight (8) recurring bi-monthly client <br /> meetings. Staff time commitment is estimated at two (2) hours per staff and per meeting for <br /> preparation, participation in the meeting, and providing the HDR internal team with meeting <br /> notes. <br /> 3. Up to two (2) CONSULTANT RES staff will attend up to sixteen (16) recurring weekly <br /> internal meetings. Staff time commitment is estimated at one (1) hour per staff and per <br /> meeting for preparation, participation in the meeting, and providing the HDR internal team <br /> with meeting notes. <br /> 4. All meetings with the CITY are anticipated to be virtual. If any meetings are held in person, <br /> the increased level of effort will be renegotiated and adjusted accordingly, resulting in <br /> additional costs to the CITY. <br /> 5.
