Phase 1 Scope of Services <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Workshop materials and handouts <br /> 2. Draft and final workshop notes, decision log, and action log <br /> 3. Draft and final Basis of Design Report <br /> Task 5— Design <br /> Subtask 5.1 - 60 Percent Design <br /> Design-Builder shall develop and submit a draft 60 Percent Design Submittal to the City for <br /> review and comment. The 60 Percent Design Submittal shall include all documents, drawings <br /> and specifications required under this task or identified as being submitted along with the 60 <br /> Percent Design Submittal under other tasks. At a minimum, the Draft 60 Percent Design <br /> Submittal shall include: <br /> 1. Narrative description of revisions to the design and construction concepts since the <br /> Design Approach/Concept Workshop, including any revisions to design criteria, and <br /> rationale for changes <br /> 2. Screenhouse valves replacement design, including <br /> a. Construction sequencing and multi-party coordination plan <br /> b. Design criteria for valves, actuators, pipes, fittings, and flexible connectors as <br /> applicable <br /> c. Design criteria for valve vault(s) <br /> d. Materials and methods of replacement/installation <br /> e. Demolition concepts and plans for maintaining full operations of the Water <br /> Filter Plant while avoiding the introduction of debris, dust, and any other <br /> foreign materials into plant infrastructure <br /> f. Dewatering and shoring concepts <br /> g. Structural design calculations <br /> h. Seismic design criteria and coordination with geotechnical exploration results <br /> Vendor supporting information for equipment and materials <br /> 3. PUD return line flow meter design, including <br /> a. Construction sequencing and multi-party coordination plan <br /> b. Design criteria for flow meter, pipes, fittings, and flexible connectors as <br /> applicable <br /> c. Design criteria for flow meter vault <br /> d. Materials and methods of installation <br /> e. Demolition concepts and plans for maintaining full operations of the Water <br /> Filter Plant while avoiding the introduction of debris, dust, and any other <br /> Dewatering and shoring concepts <br /> f. Structural design calculations <br /> g. Seismic design criteria and coordination with geotechnical exploration results <br /> h. Vendor supporting information for equipment and materials <br /> 4.
