Plan shall identify plans for local and WMBE outreach and <br /> subcontracting. <br /> 19. All internal QA/QC Review documentation, including signature pages documenting <br /> completed reviews, and if requested by the City, reviewer comments and design <br /> team responses. <br /> 20. Plans and specifications consistent with a 60 percent design milestone, including at a <br /> minimum the items identified in Table 1. <br /> Notes: Items 1 through 20 may be combined into common deliverables as it makes sense for <br /> design purposes.
