Phase 1 Scope of Services <br /> Design-Builder, advanced to 90 percent identified by the Design-Builder, advanced to <br /> completion. 90 percent completion. <br /> The Design-Builder shall submit three (3) paper copies of the draft 90 Percent Design <br /> Documents and one electronic copy in Adobe PDF and MS Word format. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Draft 90 Percent Design Package <br /> Subtask 5.3 - Final Design <br /> Design-Builder shall develop and submit a Final Design Submittal to the City. The Final Design <br /> Submittal shall include all documents, drawings and specifications required under this task. The <br /> Final Design Submittal will be checked for comment incorporation by the City. After final check <br /> of the Final Design Submittal by the City, the Final Design Submittal will be stamped and signed <br /> by the responsible engineer. At a minimum, the Final Design Submittal shall include: <br /> 1. Narrative description of revisions to the design package since the 90 percent design, <br /> and rationale for changes <br /> 2. Summary of status of any applicable permits <br /> 3. Updated Phase 2 cost model based on final design <br /> 4. Updated Phase 2 schedule based on final design <br /> 5. Updated Design and Construction Phasing Plan, including plans for procurement of <br /> any long-lead items. Include a brief narrative describing changes to the Plan (if any) <br /> from the 90 percent submittal. <br /> 6. All internal QA/QC Review documentation, including signature pages documenting <br /> completed reviews, and if requested by the City, reviewer comments and design <br /> team responses. <br /> 7. Plans and specifications consistent with issuance for construction, including at a <br /> minimum the items identified in Table 3. <br /> Table 3. Final Drawings and Specifications — Minimum Requirements <br /> Drawings Specifications <br /> All drawings included in 90 percent submittal, All specifications included in 90 percent <br /> and any additional drawings identified by the submittal, and any additional specifications <br /> Design-Builder, advanced to final design identified by the Design-Builder, advanced to <br /> completion. final design completion. <br /> The Design-Builder shall submit one full-sized set of the stamped and signed Final Design <br /> Documents and one electronic copy in Adobe PDF and MS Word format.
