Estimated and updated Phase 2 schedule at 60 percent design, 90 percent design, <br /> and final design. <br /> 3. Proposed Phase 2 Project Schedule included with Phase 2 Proposal. <br /> NOTE: PROPOSERS SHALL BASE THEIR NOT-TO-EXCEED PRICE ON THE PRECEDING <br /> SCOPE FOR TASK 5 AS WELL AS THE FOLLOWING ASSUMPTIONS: <br /> 1. Effort for preparing for cost and schedule development and review meeting(s) is to <br /> be included in Task 5. Effort for conducting/attending cost and schedule meetings is <br /> to be included in Task 1. <br /> Task 7 — Phase 2 Proposal <br /> The Design-Builder shall conduct all work necessary to develop, revise, and negotiate its <br /> proposed Phase 2 Proposal in accordance with the requirements of the PDB Contract. The <br /> Design-Builder shall utilize an "open book" approach to develop the Phase 2 Proposal, providing <br /> the City with full access to all the details that make up the final Phase 2 Proposal. <br /> The Phase 2 Proposal shall include, and any other materials required by the PDB Contract: <br /> 1. Design submittal, including: <br /> a. Design documents (drawings and specifications) consistent with the design <br /> progression at the point at which the Design-Builder opts to make a Phase 2 <br /> Proposal (likely at or around the 60% design milestone, including drawings <br /> and specifications necessary to define the design, and incorporating City <br /> comments from the most recent design milestone completed). <br /> b. Owner's Project Criteria, as may have been modified consistent with the PDB <br /> Contract. <br /> c. A list of assumptions and clarifications made by the Design-Builder in the <br /> preparation of the Phase 2 Proposal. <br /> d. Identification of permits and approvals to be obtained by the Design-Builder <br /> during Phase 2, if any. <br /> 2. Project Management submittal, including: <br /> a. Proposed Phase 2 Project Schedule including an accompanying narrative <br /> describing key assumptions in the proposed Project Schedule upon which the <br /> Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is based and including dates for <br /> Substantial Completion and Final Completion. <br /> b. Proposed Phase 2 Health and Safety Plan <br /> c. Proposed Phase 2 Quality Management Plan <br /> d. Revised Self-Performance and Subcontracting Plan, identifying work <br /> packages planned to be self-performed and subcontracted, whether those <br /> packages are being procured competitively or sole sourced, description of <br /> approach to procurement for competitive packages, and identity of <br /> subcontractor for sole sourced packages. <br /> Page 17 of 20 <br />
