CONSULTANT will complete. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> ASSUMPTIONS: <br /> This scope of work is based on the following assumptions: <br /> • No traffic operational analysis and/or signal timing modifications. <br /> • No stormwater drainage analysis and design. <br /> • Analyses, design, plans, specifications, and estimates performed or prepared, as <br /> part of this project will be in English units. <br /> • Plans will be prepared using AutoCAD 2020. <br /> The City will provide the following items and services to the CONSULTANT which will <br /> facilitate the work to be undertaken for project. The CONSULTANT is entitled to rely upon <br /> the accuracy and completeness of the data furnished by the City: <br /> • City will facilitate a field reconnaissance meeting with City Signal Maintenance staff <br /> and the Consultant for the purpose of verification of existing signal infrastructure <br /> including junction boxes, conduits, wires, and traffic signal cabinet connections. <br /> • Coordination for utility franchising and agreements. <br /> • Right-of-way coordination, negotiation, and acquisition, if needed. <br /> • Geotechnical information for the signal pole foundation design. <br /> • Any pertinent record drawings, plans, reports, and information on the current <br /> project and on public works and/or private projects within the immediate vicinity. <br /> • Existing as-builts in PDF and CAD format (if available) for projects at or around <br /> these two (2) intersections. <br /> • Timely reviews of all work at mutually agreed upon times and consolidation of all <br /> review comments onto one review set prior to return to the CONSULTANT. <br /> • Field review of proposed improvements with the CONSULTANT. <br /> • Payment of applicable review and/or permit fees. <br /> • Project specifications front ends and section 1. <br /> • Advertisement for bids. <br /> City of Everett 2 DKS <br />
