Project Management <br /> The estimated project design duration is eight (8) months, and construction is estimated <br /> to start in fall of 2022. <br /> The CONSULTANT will provide project management administrative services including: <br /> • Project set-up and execute agreement <br /> • Execution of Subconsultant agreements <br /> • Preparation and delivery of monthly progress reports and invoices <br /> • Record keeping and project closeout <br /> Provide overall project management including: <br /> • Project staff management and coordination <br /> • Subconsultant management and coordination <br /> • Prepare and maintain project schedule <br /> • Schedule and budget monitoring <br /> The CONSULTANT will manage and coordinate the project, including attendance at <br /> virtual meetings with City staff. Up to 12 bi-weekly online meetings are assumed, which <br /> include an initial kick-off meeting, an over-the-should review of preliminary design layout <br /> and engineer's estimate, and three (3) meetings to resolve City and stakeholder <br /> comments on the three (3) PS&E submittals. Up to two (2) CONSULTANT staff are <br /> expected at each formal meeting. <br /> All email correspondence regarding the project will include the City project manager. The <br /> CONSULTANT will prepare and submit invoices and progress summaries once per <br /> month by the fifth business day of each month. <br /> QUALITY ASSURANCE /QUALITY CONTROL <br /> The CONSULTANT will provide internal QA/QC reviews of the following major work <br /> elements prior to submittal to the City. Provide senior review of 60%, 90% and final Plans, <br /> specifications, estimates, and calculations prior to scheduled constructability reviews. <br /> City of Everett 3 DKS <br />
