The CONSULTANT will submit a quality plan for the project, which covers the QA/QC <br /> procedures and documents that will be submitted for the project by the Consultant team <br /> including all Subconsultants. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Meeting agenda and minutes (up to 12). <br /> • Monthly invoices and progress reports (8). <br /> • Quality Plan <br /> 2. DATA COLLECTION AND REVIEW <br /> The CONSULTANT will conduct field reviews throughout the project area to identify and <br /> assess all components that affect signal and curb ramp design, which includes curb ramp <br /> slopes and dimensions, traffic signal controller and cabinet type, make, brand, software, <br /> and versions, junction boxes, existing conduit pathing, and wiring. <br /> Data will be collected before field reviews and reviewed in the office (including as-built <br /> plans and aerial photos), and with input from the City of Everett, to ensure efficient field <br /> visits are executed. <br /> 3. TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY <br /> Survey Limits: <br /> The limits of the survey are at 41st St/ Colby Ave and W Marine View Dr/California St <br /> intersections. The survey should include all approaches 50' beyond the intersection curb <br /> returns. The survey should cover 10' behind ROW limit or face of building throughout the <br /> project limits. <br /> 1. Survey Control: Existing monuments will be located, and control points set which will <br /> be used for mapping and horizontal and vertical control during construction. The <br /> survey will be oriented to horizontal and vertical datums of NAD83/2011 and <br /> NAVD88 respectively. <br /> 2. Topographic Mapping: The following items shall be mapped during field survey: <br /> a. Curbs, edge of pavement and flowline <br /> b. Face of walk and back of walk <br /> c. Curb ramps <br /> d. Channelization <br /> e. Driveways, stairs, bus shelters, utility poles, and other visible features <br /> f. Grade brakes <br /> g. Utility castings and street monuments <br /> h. Signal poles and cross arms, push button pedestals and <br /> i. Trees (greater than 8" DBH) within the limits of work <br /> j. Utility locates shall be mapped — per private utility locate consultant <br /> City of Everett 4 DKS <br />
