Mapping work to prepare 1"=20' base map in AutoCAD format of the project within <br /> the limits described above. The base map will include features within the mapping <br /> area as describe above. <br /> 3. Right of Way determination: Street rights of way will be determined based on found <br /> monuments and research of public survey records. Property lines and existing <br /> easements will be incorporated per King County GIS information. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Measure-downs on sanitary and storm sewer structures in not included <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • AutoCAD Civil3D v2018 basemap for use by City for design <br /> 4. 10% Design <br /> The CONSULTANT will prepare a 10% design exhibit/sketch for discussion with the City. <br /> The consultant will discuss material lead-time, supply chain risks, and unit prices. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • 10% Exhibit/Sketch <br /> • 10% Engineer's Estimates <br /> 5. 60°/a Design <br /> The CONSULTANT will perform street lighting analysis using AGi32 for both <br /> intersections. The proposed street lighting performance will be evaluated based on targe <br /> illuminance values provided by the City. No new streetlight pole is expected other than <br /> the luminaire upgrade on the new Type III signal poles and existing signal poles with <br /> streetlights. <br /> The CONSULTANT will prepare 60% complete design plans in AutoCAD format following <br /> City of Everett's standard plan preparation formats. <br /> The CONSULTANT will prepare plans for the following: <br /> • At 41st St and Colby Ave <br /> o Replace three concrete mast arm poles at the NE, SE, and SW corner <br /> with type 3 mast arm poles. <br /> o Install video detections. <br /> City of Everett 5 DKS <br />
