Vehicle Technical Consultants Inc. <br /> To name a few,VTC's inspection efforts during the production phase would include the <br /> following: <br /> • Critical build-up of subassemblies and modular sections prior to joining into coach modules. <br /> • Identification and repair of compressed air,air conditioning,freon, and fluid leaks. <br /> • Torque of critical bolts and fasteners. <br /> • Routing of wiring and protection from abrasion and sharp edges. <br /> • Integrity of circuit terminals in application and installation. <br /> • Uniformity of component installations,alignment, and support. <br /> • Alignment of access doors and hinges,floor covering,ducting,interior and exterior panels, <br /> molding,and supports. <br /> • Proper grade of bolts,appropriate type and application of blind fasteners. <br /> • Proper thickness,type,and adhesion of undercoating,sealant,interior paint,and primers. <br /> • Proper materials,routing,and support of rigid and flexible lines for power steering, <br /> transmission,pressure and temperature sensors, coolant,brakes,wheelchair lift primary <br /> connections,and manual override. Installation and function of heating and air conditioning <br /> piping,sensors, compressor support,and vibration isolation. <br /> • Front suspension and shock absorber installation. <br /> • Junction and component boxes.Verify location and integrity of junction boxes for electrical <br /> components. <br /> • Drive train components and supporting electrical and fluid systems. <br /> • Verify the proper installation,barriers and panels. <br /> • Verify easy access to components mounted behind paneling. <br /> • Seating-Verify type and arrangement of seating including wheelchair positions and tie <br /> downs. <br /> • Verity all interior doors for appearance,fit,and function,panels for door operating <br /> mechanisms, and other doors open with or without special tools as specified. <br /> • Passenger Assists--Verify presence and location of specified stanchions or handholds. <br /> T <br /> Vehicle Technical Consultants Inc.
