Section 57: LOAD AND II LOAD IN ALLEYS. It shall be unlawful to stand or park a vehicle in any alley except while actually loading or unloading the same. Provided, that trucks, express vehicles or properly marked commercial vehicles may park in alleys for such time, not in excess of thirty (30) minutes, as may oe necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of such vehicles or the delivery or pickup of articles or materials.
