Detail 13/S.10 specifies replacement of the support connection for precast beam. The <br /> following comments shall be addressed: <br /> a. Calculations substantiating the design of the connection shall be submitted for review. <br /> See IBC Section 1604.1. <br /> b. Specify shoring requirements as needed for the beam. Shoring requirements shall be <br /> similar to those stated in Comment 8 above. Where shoring is not provided, calculations <br /> shall substantiate the remaining connections are adequate for the temporary condition. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
