Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (NHPA), as amended, and specifically the <br />regulations governing cultural resources at 36 CFR Part 800. <br />For this Task ERCI will: <br />• Review site forms and reports of previous archaeology on file at the Department of <br />Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP) state database WISAARD. <br />• Review other archaeological reports and related documents on file at the ERCI offices in Mount <br />Vernon, Washington <br />• Review published information on the precontact, traditional Native American and historic land <br />use in and around the project area <br />• Prepare a report to assist with compliance to either BO 21-02 or Section 106 of the NHPA. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The project will not require fieldwork. <br />• There will be no additional permits or plans. <br />• The project will not require a cultural landscape evaluation. <br />• There will be no Historic Property Inventory Forms for any historic buildings that will be <br />affected by this project. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Cultural Resource Report, Draft and Final (PDF). <br />Task 3 — Preliminat y Design and Data Collection <br />The Consultant will review existing data, provide site survey and geotechnical investigation to complete <br />the preliminary water quality treatment design. <br />Task 3.1 Survey <br />The Consultant will coordinate and provide topographical survey of the project design area. Duane <br />Hartman & Associates, Inc. (DHA) will provide two survey efforts to survey the existing stormwater <br />system followed by a detailed site topographic survey for the selected facility location. <br />The Consultant Team will provide the following services: <br />• Provide existing as -built system survey of approximately 1,800 lineal feet of existing Storm Sewer <br />along 3rd Avenue SE. <br />o Obtain horizontal and vertical as -built of all storm structures, pipe sizes, materials, <br />directions, pipe invert and rim elevations <br />• Perform approximately 600 lineal feet of full right of way topographic mapping for a single facility <br />location. <br />o All planimetric features within defined project limits will be surveyed, including <br />underground utilities. <br />o Including survey of utility paint -out locates <br />City of Everett <br />3`d Ave SE Water Quality Treannent Page 3 of 10 <br />
