• City will provide input and review comments on the design submittals within the agreed upon <br />schedule with the review comments consolidated single list or redlined set. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The following sheets are expected to include: <br />o Project survey sheets (2 sheets). <br />o Project Site Preparation and TESC sheets (2 sheets). <br />o Project Plan and Profile sheets (2 sheets). <br />o Details (2 sheets). <br />• 50% design submittal will include Project Plan and Profile sheet for utility conflict evaluation. <br />Full sheet submittal will accompany 90% design submittal. <br />• Surface restoration will match existing conditions, additional roadway or pedestrian <br />improvements are not included. <br />• Up to 200 lineal feet of stormwater pipe design will be required to connect existing the <br />stormwater system to the proposed treatment facility. <br />• The water quality treatment will be provided at a single end of pipe solution based on standard <br />propriety systems. A custom treatment facility will not be required. <br />• A separate traffic control sheet will not be required with the design submittals. The Contractor <br />will develop site specific traffic control plans. <br />• Standard details will be included as an appendix to the specifications. <br />• Edits to the City's Special Provisions will be based on WSDOT Standard Specifications, 2021 <br />Edition. <br />• There will only be minor changes to the project design after the 90% submittal. <br />Deliverables: <br />• 50% Plans and Estimate (PDF,) <br />• 90% PS&E (PDF, Word file for specifications) <br />• Final Bid -Ready Submittal PS&E (CAD files and PDF documents). <br />• Response to review comments at each deliverable. <br />Tasks 4.3 Design Report <br />The Consultant will develop the Preliminary Design report from Task 3 to document the project design <br />per the submittal requirements of Ecology. <br />City of Everett's Responsibilities <br />• Review Design Report with submittal package prior to submittal to Ecology. <br />• Upload Design Report and files for Ecology review. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The Design Report for Ecology review will be submitted based on the 90% Design Plans <br />• The Final Design Report will be submitted with 90% Design Package for Ecology Review. <br />• The Final Bid Package for Ecology Review will not require Design Report updates. <br />• One round of Ecology review will be required for the Design Report, 90% Design Package and <br />Final Bid Package. <br />City of Everett <br />3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment <br />Page 8 of 10 <br />
