5. Regularly evaluate ways to improve the referral process, including the use of <br /> customer satisfaction surveys, to identify gaps and ways to expand partnerships <br /> required to meet the changing needs of jobseekers; <br /> 6. Commit to robust and ongoing communication required for an effective referral <br /> process; and <br /> 7. Commit to actively follow up on the results of referrals and assuring that Partner <br /> resources are being leveraged at an optimal level. <br /> F. Follow-up Services <br /> Follow-up Services must be provided, as appropriate, for fully enrolled participants <br /> who are placed in unsubsidized employment for up to 12 months after the first day of <br /> employment. Each Partner will be responsible for providing Follow-up Services to job <br /> seekers placed into unsubsidized employment, in accordance with Workforce <br /> Snohomish Services Policy#2090 incorporated by reference. <br /> V. One-Stop Customer Flow <br /> A. All WorkSource on-site staff understand that the Resource Room is the entry point for <br /> the majority of new job seekers and a key starting point for the first step in a referral <br /> process. All Partners are responsible to ensure Resource Rooms are staffed to meet <br /> the needs of the job seekers and that all staff are trained to complete intake, co- <br /> enrollment, assessment, and referrals. <br /> B. All Partners are aware of the WIOA focus on job seekers with multiple barriers and are <br /> a member of one or more of the following identified populations: <br /> 1. Displaced homemaker; <br /> 2. Low-income individual; <br /> 3. Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians; <br /> 4. Individuals with disabilities, including youth; <br /> 5. Older individuals; <br /> 6.
