Job Seekers can access WorkSourceWA.com in a One-Stop <br /> Center, Affiliate Site, Specialized Site, or Connection Site or from their home. All contacts <br /> with a job seeker or business must be documented in this system. <br /> In order to share data, Partners will have valid data sharing agreements on file and will be <br /> able to provide proof that staff are trained on expectations for data sharing. Conditions <br /> related to the use and disclosure of information are described in detail in Section XIV of <br /> the IFA. <br /> VIII. Infrastructure Funding Agreement and WorkSource Snohomish County System <br /> Operating Budget <br /> A. The Infrastructure Funding Agreement (IFA) and WorkSource Snohomish County <br /> System Operating Budget are maintained as a separate agreement and incorporated <br /> by reference. <br /> B. The IFA is negotiated annually with all WorkSource Snohomish County System <br /> mandated Partners. The IFA and budgets are aligned with program years, <br /> commencing July 1st of each calendar year, and ending on June 30th of the following <br /> calendar year. <br /> IX. Conflict Resolution Related to the MOU <br /> If a conflict develops among the Partners that cannot be resolved by consensus, the <br /> Partners will use the Workforce Snohomish Dispute Resolution Procedure 1010 <br /> incorporated by reference. <br /> X. MOU Duration <br /> The MOU commences on July 1, 2022 and will remain in full force and effect until June 30, <br /> 2025, or such time as a renewal or termination to this MOU occurs. <br /> Xl. Modification <br /> A. This MOU may be modified as follows: <br /> 1. Major modifications occur if: <br /> a. Partners agree to supersede in the event of legislative change; <br /> b. Addition or removal of a WIOA mandated Partner; <br /> c. If local area designation changes, as outlined below; <br /> d. Change due to the election of a new Chief Elected Official; and/or <br /> e.
