the Northwest Neighborhood Association, and <br /> reporting results; <br /> (8) Produce and install signage highlighting the benefits <br /> of the Native Plant Display Garden (all signage must <br /> be pre-approved by City of Everett); and <br /> (9) Compliance with all applicable laws. <br /> G. The City will support the Northwest Neighborhood <br /> Association's activities as follows: <br /> (1) Provide suggestions, approvals and guidelines to the <br /> Northwest Neighborhood Association for the Native <br /> Plant Display Garden; <br /> (2) Maintain all grass areas outside of the Native Plant <br /> Display Garden; <br /> (3) Provide routine disposal of trash collected at Drew <br /> Nielsen Park; <br /> (4) Provide irrigation water for consumption in the Native <br /> Plant Display Garden; and <br /> (5) Provide other support as determined appropriate by the <br /> City. <br /> H. The City and the Northwest Neighborhood Association will <br /> undertake periodic site walks (1-2 times per year) to assess <br /> the Native Plant Display Garden, maintenance needs, and <br /> potential enhancements. <br /> The City and the Northwest Neighborhood Association will <br /> develop work plans as necessary to address identified needs. <br /> 3. Public Park. Drew Nielsen Park is a public park. Regardless of <br /> any other provision of this MOU, the City may at any time and <br /> at the City's sole discretion move or eliminate any or all of <br /> the Native Plant Display Garden. <br /> 4. Volunteer and Paid Labor. <br /> A. Prior to working at Drew Nielsen Park, each volunteer worker <br /> must sign a Waiver and Release on forms provided by the <br /> City. <br /> 3 <br />
