• There will be one(1)project kickoff meeting attended by up to two(2)Consultant Team members and City staff.Kickoff meeting to be held at Everett City Hall or by teleconference. • There will be three(3)design review meetings attended by up to two(2)Consultant Team members and City staff,each meeting will be up to 1 hours long. Review meetings will be held for review of: o Preliminary Design o 50%Design. o 90%Design. • Design review meetings to be held at Everett Public Works or by teleconference. Deliverables • Project kickoff meeting and closure meeting,with meeting minutes. • Design review meetings with meeting minutes. • Project schedule,update to be provided with monthly status reports. • Issue Log and Risk Register to be provided at each deliverable. • Bi-weeldy check-in(as necessary and determined by City Project Manager prior to each meeting). • Monthly status reports. Task 2— Cultural and Environmental Reviews, and Permitting The Cultural and Environmental Reviews, and Permitting task will include the following: Tasks 2.1 Local Permits Consultant will review anticipated permits required for the project.The Consultant will complete the SEPA checklist for the City to submit after the 90%Design. City of Everett's Responsibilities • City will provide review of permit documents and submittal of permits. Assumptions: • Local permits will be submitted by the City. • A JARPA permit or Hydraulic Project Approval(HPA)will not be required for this project. • Up to 30 staff hours are included for permit support. Deliverables: 1. SEPA Permit,Draft,Final(PDF). Tasks 2.2 Cultural Resource Review Equinox Research and Consulting International, Inc(ERCI)will provide cultural resource management services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as defined Executive Order(EO) 21-02 or by City of Everett 3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 2 of 10
