June 2022 <br /> Subtask 1.9—Coordinate with other housing initiative programs <br /> Consultant Activities: <br /> • Use information provided by the City to assess Housing Benefit District eTOD Tool Project(Sound <br /> Communities), Model Code Project(Sound Transit—FTA Grant),and the resilience-focused technical <br /> assistance-Everett project from the Urban Land Institute findings to include in subtask 1.5 analysis. <br /> • Review HDIP information relative to HART,AHA,and Housing Snohomish County goals and policies. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • City will provide current information on other on-going housing initiative programs. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • To be included in the subtask 1.5 deliverable. <br /> Subtask 1.10—Reports on Findings <br /> Consultant Activities: <br /> • Develop draft reports on 1) housing development incentive performance,including observations, <br /> stakeholder comments and areas of concern,and 2) recommended incentives that could improve <br /> housing development,specifically along urban corridors. <br /> • Review the findings relative to equity and displacement impacts and provide recommendations to <br /> address concerns. <br /> • Provide draft reports and supporting materials for internal stakeholder review and comment, including <br /> City-led presentations to the planning commission and City Council planning committee. <br /> • Consolidate stakeholder comments and prepare a final report for submittal to Department of <br /> Commerce. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The draft reports will consist of a short Executive Summary and brief(max 5 pages) narrative.
