How will your project change the existing condition?: The Site will add a Single-Family-Residence with a small driveway area. Describe roofs,patios,driveways,or structures added: The proposed residence and covered patio will be provided with none pollution generating roof surfaces. The driveway will be asphalt. How will stormwater be managed?: Roof downspout per Figure V-4.6 will disperse runoff to the nature ground on-site to amended soils per T-5.13.
