Task 1 Project Management (Supplemented) This task includes project administration, meeting coordination, and design team management. Work Elements: • Consultant Team Meetings — approximately nine (9) additional team meetings are assumed for the additional design services. • Monthly Progress Reports and Invoicing — approximately eighteen (18) progress reports containing a narrative that identifies and describes significant activities performed in the previous month. • Design Team Management — below is a list of continued tasks to be provided for the duration of the additional design: • Schedule and coordinate with design team. • Monitor project budget. • Maintain regular informal contact telephone discussions and electronic mail. Deliverables: • Invoices and Progress Reports Task 4 — Environmental Permitting (Supplemented) 4.2 NEPA/SEPA Documentation (Supplemented) Additional NEPA/SEPA documentation services include: The Subconsultant will assist the City with preparation, research, and coordination as required by WSDOT for NEPA and for SEPA clearances. Work Elements: • Supplemental WSDOT coordination due to partial cultural resources exemption. 4.6 Extra Services — ESA 4(d) & Shoreline Permit (New Subtask) Additional Environmental Permitting tasks include additional documentation and permitting as required by WSDOT. The original assumption that Endangered Species Act compliance would be demonstrated as 'No Effect" through use of the WSDOT NEPA CE form checklist was incorrect as determined by WSDOT. Reviewing the project action through 4(d) maintenance program provisions as requested by WSDOT requiring support information. Shoreline permit jurisdiction research and JARPA documentation was additionally requited by the City. Work Elements: • 4(d) support information and WSDOT coordination.
