The Subconsultant will include the HDPE conveyance pipe daylight design located near the southwest corner of the bridge and perform calculations to be included in the diainage report to incorporate the new HDPE pipe daylight design that was not part of the original Scope of Services. Revisions to the plans, opinion of cost, and specifications due to the HDPE conveyance pipe daylight design will be performed under another subtask of this supplement. Work Elements: • Coordination with the City. • Calculations for HDPE pipe anchors and conveyance. Deliverables: • HDPE Pipe anchor and conveyance calcs (to be included in the Drainage Report under Subtask 11.1 of this scope of services) 11.4 Pre -Ad Ready Plans and Opinion of Cost Additional plans and opinion of cost services include two additional Pre -Ad Ready (titled "Pre - Ad Ready and "Pre -Ad Ready Rev 1") submittals of the plans, specifications, and opinion of cost and addressing review comments provided by the City for the Pre -Ad Ready submittal. Additional services include: The Subconsultant will revise the plans, specifications, and opinion of cost to incorporate the additional designs of the detention pipe and HDPE conveyance pipe developed under Subtasks 16.1 and 16.2 of this Scope of Services and address the City's comments on the Pre -Ad Ready PS&E submittal. The plans and specifications will be submitted to TranTech to be incorporated into the rest of both of the Pre -Ad Ready PS&E packages prepared by others. Work Elements: • Design: The Subconsultant will revise the drainage and roadway restoration designs as requested by the City. The drainage design revisions include the detention pipe and HDPE pipe designs developed under Subtasks 16.1 and 16 2 of this Scope of Services. The roadway restoration design revisions include updates to the removal and paving limits, pavement grading, guardrail, channelization and park restoration. • Plans: The Subconsultant will revise all civil plans to incorporate the revised designs listed above. The Subconsultant will piovide plans to TranTech to be incorporated into the 90% PS&E set. • Specifications: The Subconsultant will all civil Contract Provisions ("Specifications") to incorporate the revised designs listed above.
