1. Review project plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) and the Contract Documents. <br />2. Assist the City with responding to contractor submittals. <br />3. Assist with setting up of project files, per the city -provided Construction Management <br />Project File Structure. <br />4. Set up Engineer of Record review/approval process. <br />5. Preparation of construction work plan. <br />6. Prepare agendas for the internal project kick-off meeting, attend the meeting. <br />7. Attend City's training for Field Note Record (FNR) preparation, payment, and document <br />control procedures. <br />8. Prepare and print agendas for the pre -construction meeting and attend the meeting. <br />Ensure required submittals are provided by the Contractor at the pre -construction <br />meeting. <br />Assumptions: <br />1. CITY will provide the CONSULTANT two hard copies of the contract documents. <br />2. CITY will provide a location for the above -mentioned meetings. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. List of potential issues and concerns based on the limited contract documents review <br />and site visit. <br />2. List of stakeholders and contact information. <br />3. Preparation of construction work plan. <br />4. Record baseline site photo log. <br />5. Draft and final meeting agendas for the initial team meeting, preconstruction, FNR <br />and documentation control training. <br />TASK 14.1.3 Resident Engineering <br />The CONSULTANT will provide a remote half-time resident engineer (RE) to the OWNER for <br />the duration of the contract. The RE will act as the owner's representative leading the CM team <br />for coordination with City staff, designers of record, and stakeholders. The RE's duties will be as <br />follows: <br />1. Provide overall day-to-day construction management including coordination with City <br />and Contractor.
