Please include a <br /> response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code(IBC), 2015 International Residential Code(IRC), <br /> and/or the 2015 Washington State Residential Energy Code(WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
