Additional surveying is not required. <br /> 10.The 2011 geotechnical report by HWA for the Phase C improvements adequately covers <br /> the area of the proposed improvements and a new geotechnical investigation is not <br /> required. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Draft and final responses to Ecology comments on the engineering report and 90 <br /> percent design submittal. <br /> 2. Up to five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (Adobe PDF format) of 50 percent <br /> and 90 percent drawings, specifications, and OPCC. Drawings to be submitted as half- <br /> size prints. <br /> 3. One (1) electronic copy (Adobe PDF format) of the 50 Percent and 90 Percent Design <br /> Submittal Record of Comment. <br /> 4. Up to five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy(Adobe PDF format) of Final <br /> Construction Bid Documents, stamped and signed. <br /> 5. One (1) electronic copy (Adobe PDF format) of meeting minutes, as necessary. <br /> Task 400 — Bid Assistance <br /> Objectives <br /> This effort shall assist the City during the bidding process. <br /> BHC Services <br /> 1. Up to three (3) BHC staff members will attend pre-bid meeting. <br /> 2. Provide technical review and responses to bidder questions. <br /> 3. Submit bid documents and addenda to Builder's Exchange. <br /> 4. Assist the City in preparing addenda. <br /> 5.
