I <br /> City of Everett 01 11 00 - 1 <br /> I <br /> SECTION 01 11 00 - SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> 1.1 WORK COVERED BY THIS CONTRACT <br /> ' A. The Work includes, but not limited to, tree removal, earthwork, asphalt paving, porous <br /> asphalt paving, fencing, landscaping, and demolition of a residence for the purpose of <br /> developing hard-surfaced ADA compliant trail at TA SULLIVAN PARK at 11405 W Silver <br /> Lake Rd., Everett, WA. <br /> B. JOB DESCRIPTION: The following is a general outline and is not intended to be a <br /> ' complete listing of the work to be accomplished nor is it intended to be used to indicate <br /> the order the work is to be completed. All items listed below is a general list of items <br /> included in the work and should be verified prior to bidding. The Work includes but is <br /> not limited to the supply and installation of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary <br /> ' to perform the work in full. <br /> C. Base Bid includes the following items: <br /> 1. Temporary erosion and sedimentation control facilities and turbidity monitoring <br /> 2. Temporary security fencing <br /> 3. Chain Link fence removal and installation <br /> 4. Demolition and disposal of two (2) trees <br /> 5. Abatement and demolition of a residence <br /> 6. Underground oil tank removal <br /> 7. Grading <br /> ' 8. Locate and installation of stormwater pipe and catch basin <br /> 9. Asphalt saw cutting and asphalt pavement placement (porous and impervious) <br /> 10. Landscaping <br /> ' 11. Signage Installation <br /> 12. Striping of asphalt <br /> 13. Site cleanup and restoration <br /> D. Work under the Contract shall also include: <br /> 1. Protection of work in place and all stored items relating to the work. <br /> 2. Moving of any stored items or temporary facility where it interferes with work by <br /> ' the Owner or under separate contract. <br /> 3. Providing and paying for additional on-site or off-site storage facilities, work areas <br /> or parking needed for safe and efficient execution of the work or to meet other <br /> terms of the contract. <br /> 1.2 WORK BY OTHERS <br /> A.
