Although exhausting the PUD service availability was not a particular
condition,it is a City of Everett water transmission service condition that all new
water customers must comply with. This water transmission application along
with the 1987 ordinance was provided to your clients during our first meeting held
in my office on Feb. 1, 1990 (see attachments). The PUD has provided the City
with a copy of a letter sent to the Snohomish Health District on July 10, 1990 (see
attached). Information in this letter seems to conflict with information you have
presented in your letter dated June 27, 1991.
The City can provide service to these parcels, but reserves this right to the PUD
first as it is within their service area. Please check to confirm whether the PUD will
service this area.
If you need additional information please contact me at 259-8824.
Sincerely,
Tom Thetford
Maintenance Superintendent
(
LT:TT336LTR (ke:07/05/91)
CITY OF EVERETT• 3200 Cedar Street • Everett.
