In the event of discovery of any previously unknown item of possible archaeological or historic interest occurs <br /> during project work,construction must stop immediately and notification must be provided to the City of Everett, <br /> the Tulalip Tribes, Washington State DAHP, and the Corps of Engineers of such a discovery. A professional <br /> archeologist shall be consulted and must inspect and evaluate the discovery. <br /> 7.
