The sidewalk in this area is required to have a minimum of 6' clear pedestrian travel <br /> width with no obstructions.Another reason we cannot allow the ramp is that it does not provide <br /> this required sidewalk travel width behind the driveways. Please revise the frontage as necessary <br /> to comply with City requirements. <br /> i. SW1 &TS1- Call out driveways per City Standard Drawing number and Type. The detail shall be <br /> the City's standard driveway type. Show grades on SW1 for constructability of anything that will <br /> be new for construction of this project(post construction of Rucker Renewal project). <br /> j. GP1-Grading plan shall show grades for right-of-way sidewalk/driveway/curb <br /> construction. Since the ramps are not permitted in the right-of-way, please remove this <br /> background and grading information and add grades that are applicable for <br /> constructability of any frontage work that is proposed after the Rucker Renewal project. <br /> k. UT1-Updage proposed project background on all sheets including this sheet (parking lot <br /> and frontage improvements) to show the proposed condition. Add a sewer cleanout to <br /> the side sewer and label the size, rim, and invert elevation of the cleanout. For the side <br /> sewer, label the size, material, and slope of the pipe. The label for connecting the side <br /> sewer to the 6" sanitary sewer main is incorrect. It may be a combined sewer, but it is not <br /> a CSO (combined sewer outfall). Chapter 4 of the City's Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br /> Development manual contains the City's stormwater Standards. <br /> iii. The project will be required to evaluate stormwater in accordance with the <br /> Minimum Requirements that this project triggers by following the Flow Charts <br /> for Determining Minimum Requirements within the 2010 Stormwater <br /> Management Manual. <br /> iv.
