Transmittal Sheet: (1) Available at the Permit Counter (and included herin for your use upon <br /> resubmittal). <br /> b. Plans:(4)full size sets of revised plans,plus original City Markups. <br /> c. Drainage Report(2)copies of drainage report meeting City's 2010 Stormwater Management Manual <br /> with Interim Policy 2-11. <br /> d. SWPPP Report: (2)copies of SWPPP report(can be part of Drainage report(MR2). <br /> e. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate for filled out for the City to <br /> use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee(as applicable based on water plan revision). <br /> Response:See Attached <br /> 2) Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all comments listed below. <br /> Frequently,redlines will be stand alone and will not have an associated item in this corrections letter.Likewise, <br /> comments below may not have associated redlines. Please indicate to the City that all redlines have been <br /> adequately addressed by providing checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines. <br /> a. TESC1-Please remove or label as abandoned the existing water main shown on the plans as that has <br /> been abandoned by the City. The City has installed a new 8"water main in Hoyt Ave.Show this new <br /> main,as it is the existing condition. Response: Existing basemap has been updated to reflect new <br /> water main and denote abandoned water main. <br /> b. TESCI-Remove shading in parking lot as it is difficult to read demo notes. Note 6 is in the Construction <br /> notes but I do not see inlet protection shown on the plans. A full erosion control plan is required to <br /> address all 13 of Ecology's erosion control elements. In the drainage/SWPPP report and/or on the <br /> plans,show all 13 elements and list which BMPs will be used to satisfy each element. Then show the <br /> elements on the plan. Since this parking lot will not remain and there will be earthwork,there will need <br /> to be construction fencing, traffic control, potentially silt fencing, inlet protection, construction <br /> entrance,dust control,etc. Include on plans.
