SUBTASK 3.1 - LFG SYSTEMS O&M MANUAL FOR THE <br /> CITY (PROJECT NUMBER 22-07824-100) <br /> An O&M Manual will be prepared for all City maintained LFG system components. The O&M <br /> Manual will be prepared for the City and their responsibility for the LFG systems installed on the <br /> Site, in Riverfront Boulevard, in 415t Street, and around the perimeter (inclusive of the blower <br /> facilities). This O&M will exclude the area in and under the buildings as well as the portions of <br /> the low permeability barrier that Riverfront paid to install. Herrera will review existing <br /> operational practices and O&M manuals on existing facilities such that a revised and compiled <br /> operations manual exists for all their landfill systems. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • O&M Manual to include: <br /> o Decision Trees <br /> o Maintenance flow charts and check lists <br /> o Maintenance responsibilities <br /> o Alarm response responsibilities <br /> o Emergency response responsibilities <br /> o General Site Health and Safety Plan <br /> Deliverables <br /> O&M Manual in PDF format and 3 hard copies. <br /> TASK 4.0 - BUILDING SYSTEMS FOR RIVERFRONT <br /> (PROJECT NUMBER 22-07824-000) <br /> Riverfront will own and is responsible for the O&M of the LFG systems in and under the <br /> buildings, and for maintenance of low permeability barriers where Riverfront paid for their <br /> installation (throughout the development area and Riverfront Boulevard). Herrera will provide <br /> the O&M related to these systems for Riverfront in a similar format as for Task 3.0. <br /> O&M activities and maintenance frequency are detailed in Table 3. <br /> 7 <br />
