Prepare a Draft and Final Shoreline Substantial Development Permit Application Packet for the City that contains the following information: a. Land Use Application b. Site Plans c. SEPA Checklist d. Joint Aquatic Resources Permit Application (JARPA) e. Mailing List f. Special Studies (Habitat Management Plan, No-Rise Analysis, Biological Assessment, Critical Area Report, Traffic Study, Geotechnical Report, etc. as needed). 4. Prepare a Draft and Final JARPA to be used for the DNR Aquatic Lands Lease, WDFW Hydraulic Permit Approval, and USAGE Section 10 and Section 404 permit. Client Responsibilities 1. Provide applicable real estate and legal description information. 2. Sign permit forms, as necessary, and authorize HDR to act as applicant's agent for permit submittals and reviews. 3. Responsible for fees, public notices, and distribution required by the reviewing agencies. Assumptions 1. HDR will prepare final deliverables upon receipt of one (1) set of consolidated comments on the draft versions from the City. Deliverables 1.
