EXHIBIT B <br /> BUDGET <br /> $50,000.000 <br /> B.1.O Authority <br /> The funding for this Agreement was created by 2SSB 6528 on June 11,2020 but the funding was <br /> removed by Governor Enslee through veto. <br /> CERTIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT <br /> SECOND SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL 6528 <br /> Chapter 324, Laws of 2020 <br /> 66th Legislature <br /> 2020 Regular Session <br /> DERELICT VESSELS—VARIOUS PROVISIONS <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE:June 11,2020 <br /> Sec.6. <br /> (l)(h) Subject to the availability of amounts appropriated for this specific purpose,the <br /> authority to issue grants to local law enforcement agencies to compensate them for <br /> time and equipment needed to enforce vessel registration and aquatic laws as <br /> related to the derelict vessel program,and to issue civil penalties.Individual grants <br /> may not exceed fifty thousand dollars. <br /> SECOND SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL 6528, <br /> Effective Date:June 1 I,2020 <br /> Note: Governor's explanation of partial veto is as follows: <br /> "I am returning herewith, without my approval as to Sections 6 and 7, <br /> Second Substitute Senate Bill No.6528 entitled: <br /> "AN ACT Relating to the prevention of derelict vessels." <br /> Section 6 creates a new grant program for enforcing vessel registration,and Section 7 <br /> creates a new pilot program for vessel disposal.Unfortunately, neither of these new <br /> programs are sustainable due to the rapidly changing budget outlook as a result of our <br /> state's efforts to respond to the Coronavirus outbreak. <br /> For these reasons 1 have vetoed Sections 6 and 7 of Second Substitute <br /> Senate Bill No.6528. <br /> With the exception of Sections 6 and 7, Second Substitute Senate Bill <br /> No. 6528 is approved." <br /> The funding was restored by SSB 5693 on March 31,2022 for use in fiscal year 2023. <br /> DNR AGREEMENT g93-103727 PAGE 11 or 13 <br /> COOPERATOR AGREEMENT Farm update dale 22.01.27 <br />
